Achal Resort (Pure Veg.)(Swimming Pool) - Resort hotel in Mount Abu, Block No. 2 - Sirohi, India

Hii I m dr.rohit ojha from Ahmedabad Gujarat. I came with my parents for 4 days trip at mount abu and we chose this resort on suggestion of a friend . And trust me I m so so HAPPY with my experience.. every one is so cooperative, polite and friendly. 1)Location 5/5 ( Away from the hustle and bustle of main city so no noise pollution and fresh clean air ..loved the solitude and peace here . Also achaleshwar Mahadev temple and its market are at walking distance.) 2)Rooms 5/5 ( every facility available... literally every with clean hygienic room and toilet)... also the carrom at ground floor with the paintings on the wall won my heart. 3) thier garden area ...omg..more than my room or any other travel place I was staying in thier garden..lolzz. ...so well maintained , the chirping birds ,the view everything... The swimming pool is also good. 3)Food 5/5 ( tasty ...and the tea there is superb ) 4)and most importantly staff ...who are very polite ,humble and cordial. I extremely enjoyed my stay here ..and I would rate this resort as splendid as I can..

Hi, I don't feel like my voice is heard by the Hotel management. Basic amenities like wardrobe, room mirror, Wi-Fi, fridge, bed side carpet, tea/coffee set etc are missing in the rooms. I approached Hotel staff multiple time however no resolution provided to me

Dear Achal Resort Management, I am writing this feedback with utter disappointment and disgust after my recent stay at your resort on 22nd July. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the atrocious conditions and appalling service we endured during our stay. First and foremost, the service provided at your resort was abysmal. It seemed like the staff was completely indifferent to the guests' needs and lacked even the basic understanding of hospitality. We were a group of 8 people, hoping for a pleasant getaway, but instead, we were met with sheer incompetence and indifference. The glasses provided to us were disgustingly dirty, making us question the hygiene standards at your establishment. It's beyond comprehension how you could serve beverages in such unhygienic conditions. This lack of attention to cleanliness reflects a complete disregard for the health and well-being of your guests. To add to our misery, we were informed upon arrival that the restaurant's tandoor was closed, leaving us with no other option but to order only Chinese food. This lack of variety in the menu was extremely disappointing and inexcusable for a supposedly upscale resort like yours. It's astonishing how you can be so negligent about providing a diverse culinary experience to your patrons. Moreover, the slow service we encountered throughout our stay was infuriating. Whether it was the restaurant or any other service, it seemed like time had come to a standstill at Achal Resort. Our requests and orders were met with considerable delays, leaving us famished and frustrated. What was even more shocking was the complete lack of cooperation from the management. We tried to voice our concerns and dissatisfaction, but it was evident that nobody cared about our grievances. The apathy displayed by the staff and the owner, Mr. RameshShrimali, was appalling, to say the least. It is evident that customer satisfaction and feedback mean nothing to the management, and this lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable. In conclusion, I must say that our stay at Achal Resort was a colossal waste of time, money, and effort. The subpar service, unclean glasses, limited food options, slow service, and the management's indifference have left a lasting negative impression on us. It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and work towards a radical improvement in your resort's services and customer care. However, based on our experience, I doubt any positive change will occur, as it seems that the owner, Mr. Ramesh Shrimali, is more interested in collecting money than offering a pleasant stay to his guests. Until significant changes are made, I will make sure to share my horrendous experience with as many people as possible, so they are forewarned and avoid the misery that is Achal Resort.

Best location... Mid week you will enjoy this resort... People should visit this place with their group of friends... It will give all of you a different experience of joy... But but but do not believe on their restaurant services.. you will have to wait 2-3 hours atleast after ordering food... I have visited this resort in mid week days and this food problem happened when there were no rush.....!!

First of all Achal Resort and Manwar resorts both r same. restaurant food was nice we take two breakfast and lunch at the restaurant is good, and testy. Room size very big and the four bed room have good view also. achal garh local market also near by walking distance. all staff is serve with smile on face is good thing. and the pool has child and adult both partition. location is amazing, very peace and calm. stay with nature. only improve in room service. little bit slow. and the stairs only no lift for upper floor. thank you

Located at a nice picturesque spot with fine amenities & great hospitality by staff. Rooms & other property spots are cleanly maintained. Need to improve further in hot water management as central reservoir gets empty very soon with heavy customer load. Individual geyser units in washrooms shall be apt & reduce water wastage. Overall good, quick service & attitude of Hotel Manager Mr. Deepak is amazing. He addresses all grievances smoothly & in no time. Had a nice stay. Lovely environment & peace around the property

Resort is at good location, rooms are cozy and maintained. There's open garden and swimming pool which are well maintained. Service is good. Food at restaurant can vary from day to day. They are understaffed in restaurant due to that sometimes repetition of same dish was denied to us. All n all It was good experience for us.

Worst ever service. Staff is rude. They dont have necessary things like hot water (frequent issue), TV access issue, towels provided to us were torn. Some of services which they should have to provide up front we need to ask them for it. Bedsheets were dirty, we had to ask them to change them. They touch our private things without our permission when we were not available at hotel room. Staff is deaf. They do not listen to the instructions carefully given by us or do exactly what they want. Worst service. 3 days stays is one of the worst experience. I would have leave the hotel if i had not pay. For each and every little things we need to ask them. I would have given 0 rating if they have the facility of 0 star instead of 1.
