Not like other homestays located usually near Lake, river ,hillside etc.. It's a century old tharavad converted to homestay..located in a panchayat..Good for a peaceful stay away from towns n cities. Well maintained rooms, Good food . A very friendly helpful owners n staff.

A home away from home! Excellent accommodation and food. The natural ambience of the house was worth experiencing. A very safe place nestled away in nature is a heritage home with welcoming hosts. Nice and clean rooms with all modern amenities. Excellent food that will satisfy the palate after a days adventure.

Staying at Achadipura is like visiting a family or friend. Mrs & Mr George went far and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The most memorable part of the stay was having my morning coffee by the beautiful veranda. It was a great experience and a wonderful hospitality that I can't wait to revisit.

Had driven down from Bangalore and nothing could have been better than the hospitality of George uncle and Susan aunty after the 12 hour road trip. Achadipura is a traditional ancestral house beautifully redone and tastefully decorated. The cleanliness, the food and more importantly, the feeling of 'homestay' was true in all its literal sense . Though it was our first trip to Achadipura, we experienced the warmth of an extended family in the company of George uncle and Susan aunty. Would love to go again.

After spending 10 days in different parts of Kerala, we landed at achadipura homestay. George uncle and Susan aunty received us with love and made sure we felt at home. The house looks very traditional, very well maintained and neat. It is isolated from the main road by a huge garden. what we loved the most about this homestay was the touch of tradition. Every chair and property in the living room has s small story behind it. Susan aunty and George uncle shared some of them with us. Felt like meeting a family member after a long time. The next amazing part was Susan aunty's food. She is a great cook. They had made onam sadhya meal for lunch at our request and it was delicious. It was my husband's birthday that day and i had just told them that while i was booking our stay. Aunty and uncle surprised us with a delicious, soft and moist chocolate cake when we arrived. They are not just hosts. They take hood care of you like a family member. I wish to revisit them during my next kerala visit. This place has become like our holiday home.

Peaceful and Blissful place. Adorable house of 100 years legacy. Honorable and helpful host Georgie and Susan. A perfect place. We booked for a night and eventually stayed for 2 nights. Excellent in all aspects. Loved it .

A great place to relax and unwind from your stressful life. Nestled within a rubber plantation, this tastefully designed house with well kept gardens gives you a slice of good living in traditional Kerala setting. The house being 100+ years old is beaming with history and artefacts of the times gone by. The interiors are equipped with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional touch. The hosts, Susan and George, are a delight and make sure you feel at home, while dishing out stories of the place and authentic 'naadan' cuisine. Connectivity by road is good. The Google map location is correct. Great place to visit as a family or a group of friends wanting that long planned get together. I had a great time with family with 2 toddlers.
