I underwent physiotherapy which was done by Dr Kalavathi. She is too good, with lots of patience. She treated me so well I felt very much relaxed and relieved from my leg pain, swelling and stiffness. I am thankful to her.it was worth it, i made a good decision to get done the therapy through her.. I wish her great success ..

I had multiple fractures due to an air crash in 2016 and underwent multiple surgeries under Dr. BKG. I must say he has done a great job and because if him only I am back on my feet today. Excellent service !

I recently had the pleasure of visiting AcesoBKG's Diagnostics & Health Care center. I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff at the Clinic were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. The receptionists were efficient, The medical facilities at the clinic were clean and well-maintained, which is something I greatly appreciate the doctor BalakrishneGowda sir was not only highly knowledgeable but also showed a great deal of empathy and understanding. I had never seen such a doctor. They explained my condition and treatment options clearly and understandably, which made me feel confident. One of the standout features of this clinic is its commitment to patient comfort. The waiting area was comfortable and inviting, and the entire clinic had a soothing ambiance. The clinic goes the extra mile to create a positive experience for their patients. I visited DR.BKG for right knee pain. He prescribed some medicines for 2-3 months to see if there is any improvement and then only advised me to undergo Total Knee replacement. Surgery which was performed about 6 months back at BGS Apollo,Mysore and upon his advise i took physiotherapy for about 40 days at my residence. Again visited DR.BKG in November as i was not able to walk comfortably . Then DR.BKG immediately recognised my problem and advised physiotherapy at his facility for 10 days to strengthen one of the four muscles of the knee. The BKG hospital is a beauty with all the facilities, good ambience, smiling Dr.BKG ready to address our problems with the experience of more than 10000 surgeries under his belt. . Its infrastructure is fabulous, meticulously planned and one of the best in Mysore with Air conditioning, Well maintained rooms, corridor and especially toilets. Lift and wheel chair facility is also available.The behaviour of the staff is very much to be appreciated. They will exactly cater to the patients need. A pharmacy is attached in the hospital. Appointment can be conveniently booked by phone .With three treating rooms available ,which DR.BKG quickly moves from one to other to reduce the waiting time of patients, is very much appreciated. DR.BKG recommended me to undergo physiotherapy excercises for 10 days from DR.Kalashree at the Physiotherapy centre situated in the basement. Dr.Kalashree enquired my problem, took a look at my operated knee and the treatment began. I must emphasise she has a magical hand. After other commitments during the day, she will be at the centre exactly before 530 pm and greets the patients for the days therapy. She understands the patients needs, problems, capabilities and will fully dedicate her time and energy with every patient. She is sincere in her approach and has vast experience to treat patients. Empathy is part of the treatment. She will cater to scheduling time to suit individual patients need and comfort. Adequate equipment are available at the facility for patients to aid in performing various excercises. When the patients do home work and attempt to do the excercises at home once, the treatment becomes more effective in the given time, which is what i did. Under Dr.Kalashrees treatment as rightly directed by DR.BKG, i am feeling comfortable by 10 days and have the confidence of getting back to normal during the course of time. I rate the treatment by DR.Kalashree, the surgery by DR.BKG and his facility a rating of 5 out of 5 in all attributes which makes a hospital very useful to the society .
