I am terribly disappointed with this store. The thing is I had given my Acer predator helios 300 laptop to this store for service. Yes, they are not a service center. But when I asked the showroom staff, he clearly told me that they were also providing services. So, I left my laptop in his hands. Even after a week when he didn't respond, I started calling him and he started giving excuses that certain parts take time to reach & things like that... Then finally after a month, he called me to tell that my laptop won't be getting repaired, so it's time to take it back. Then when I went to collect my laptop, there was this person in store started telling me that they don't take service. Upon which I told that his staff told me that they do. Then his staff told that he got it repaired outside. I left from there, but then sent it to Delhi through my friend and there I got to know that these people for the sake of money, tried to get it repaired from someone who doesn't know to repair. My laptop had IC problem, but these people while repairing affected motherboard. Now because of their irresponsibility and selfishness, I am bearing the loss of my laptop. I was in my final year of architecture course when this happened. Exams were approaching when this happened. Thus it affected my mental health, I passed in great difficulty. My laptop can not be repaired only now. They played with my future. Leaving this hear so that no other student would suffer like me. Thank you!

I have given my laptop for repair. The Sol they gave was we are out of stock and they don't know how to repair the graphic card idel issue and they had no stock of laptop speaker so he just repaired the old speaker and the service cost was 1800rs without a receipt or a bill mentioning what were the charges for

I have been calling for 1.5 hours and no one is responding to my call. Very bad service

They will never deliver the new laptop on said time , dnt waste your time by visiting. I have booked laptop and deliver time given by the salesman was 2 days. After so many follow-ups, everytime they told, will give you today r tommorrow and one week later got advanced money back. Don't visit this shop to waste your time. Minus is my rating but Google didn't provide that option.
