Worst service centre ever... Given my Acer Laptop for service 10 days back and still no response from the executives or store not even lifting calls and replying properly last 4 days I'm trying to get the status of service and unable to get any response. Highly disappointed. Edit: They are unable to do the service to my laptop
They're looting money from customers by telling fake problems. And they don't give you the proper explanation for the cause of the problem. And if you don't know anything about devices, then they build up some stories to convince you to pay whatever they are charged( for any fake problems or doing nothing ). My son has faced the same problem with them for the entire day arguing the same.
