It was an amazing experience with Acer for a gaming monster, Acer Nitro 5. The store representatives, specially Mr. Biswajit Bachhar are very professional, humble, and friendly in their behaviors. Though, I have the received the laptop after 7 working days (as the shipment came from Mumbai to Kolkata), Mr. Biswajit has kept me posted about the same on a regular basis and touched base with me whenever required. Moreover, I have received an additional discount on the product price through a special request and promotional event, which is again a factor of further satisfaction.
