We booked a hall for my wedding and they didn't even care to switch on the AC of the bride's room. There wasn't even a lock therr and on asking the hotel management asked us to bring our own lock. The nikah was about to happen and they expected us to go out and buy a door lock. Pathetic service and overpriced wedding hall. The owner isn't helpful. He never replied to any query or request i had after giving the token amount. Not recommended.
Very comfortable and nice space for family functions and occasions
Located in a quiet place and away from city centre this hotel provided us nice stay with clean and spacious rooms. You won't get working wifi in rooms, however, if you are in need of one, you may find it at the reception. Staffs were nice and helping. You'll get ample parking space.
My experience at ACCO GRAND HOTEL was good. I went for a family function. Had a good time. The decorations in each and every function were very beautiful. The service was also good. The location was nice too.
Warning- what you see is just to fool you. We had booked this hotel for a family wedding. At one sight it looks great because of the infra, parking area and halls and most importantly the rooms and all are very good. But what good is a building and all infra if we don't get even the slightest of services and facilities and food and refreshments. The food is very very bad. No one to listen to you. While food is served there's just 1 guy who keeps running and shows he's the most helpless person there. For a group of just 25-30 people staying in a hotel having lunch was a task. Just poori bhaji, poha bread etc. At one time he brings 6-8 pooris and will again come back after 10 mins to bring another lot of 6-8 pooris. They keep very less staff to save money. But the one who suffers is the guests. Their phones never work when u need them. After all the mess, the wedding dinner was the worst. You will be disappointed and feel bad in front of all ur relatives if u book this place just by seeing its beauty and infra. That is to fool you.
Very nicely done.... Banquet Halls are spacious and magnificent..... perfect venue for royal , formal get togethers...very accommodating and very reasonable for parties.... seperate packages for different sizes of gatherings
1. The air conditioning doesn't work properly, neither in the rooms nor in the halls. And honestly, they just left the guests sweating and unable to enjoy the event. 2. The food was really bad in terms of taste and the management didn't seem interested in taking any feedback. They also did not serve desert that was discussed during the planning of the event. 3. As long as we're talking about highly erroneous management, I would also like to mention that they promised to give roses to guests but did not deliver on that either. 4. An example of the inconsideration of the management is that thet decided to turn off the lights as the guests were only beginning to exit, leaving the guests in chaos as they could not see clearly. Bottom line : The management is inadequate in their job and did not deliver completely on everything that was promised. They were an absolute nightmare to deal with as they have no manners. There was no supervision of the people working under them, leaving them in confusion and the hosts in absolute embarrassment for having chosen this place. The place is okay but the management is terrible, which makes the experience pathetic. I would suggest that you never visit it or organize any kind of event here, big or small, as it will just be a big failure.
The rooms were spacious and clean. It's is the best place in vikas Nagar.
