Very Unhygienic. Rude behavior of the trainer, Equipments are in a very poor condition they are very very old.
No water facility, water pours from the roof during monsoon and many more problems. Rather than going to the gym it's better not to workout.
Below a star! Poor gym with poor ethics, unprofessional trainer and peoples. Very unhygienic gym with poor equips. They are afraid to keep the heavy weights as the condition of the roof is poor. IT'S BETTER YOU DON'T WORKOUT RATHER THEN GOING HERE!
The personal training experience is outstanding. I agree that you might have read few reviews which says that the equipments are old and all but that does not stop anyone from attaining or performing the excercises which are necessary for the body. I have been to gyms where they are loaded with equipments but that does not create a physique. A physique is created with the help of proper guidence with warm welcoming nature from the trainer and the fellow gym mates assistance in pushing your limits. This is properly given here. Its not just a business to the owner, its an experience and friendliness of them which creates a memory for the long run.
It is located near over bridge near shiv mandir... It is in the third floor of the building... Above Andhra Bank building... The gym is very large in space but not air conditioner... Lots of equipment are available in the gym.... Good for physical fitness and competition also.. You can do gym in the morning and also in the evening.. It's timing is 6 am to 12 pm and 6 pm to 10 pm in evening....
Very bad gym unhygienic n overpriced. This gym is very bad n trainer is always missing treadmill not working 4 more then a year. One of the worst experience of my life. Dnt join this gym
Every 4th gym equipment seem to be out of order. Badly maintained machine and not to good quality as mosty were rusty
Great place. Best trainers, also the atmosphere gives you a boost to work for yourself. The trainers are inspirational.
