New sit manager Miss behaving with guest Washrooms are so Dirty... They should talk with guest politely. You can Washrooms wall so dirty Sofa cover also not dry cleaning in common areas and dirty smell in common area Pervious staff was better than new staff
This is obviously the best hostel in Chandigarh. Everything is nice here. Service is perfect snd very helpful ! Everything clean and new! If you have to stay in Chandigarh it's right place with really reasonable price and comfort! Highly recommend!
Poor management by newly appointed manager, if you ask for the solution of any problem you are facing in the facility his standard reply is "This will not change leave or checkout if you are not comfortable " his behaviour with guests is totally rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. Site is unhygienic now. Let me tell you abuzz guys that New manager is definitely toxic for your business... you will definitely lose business if this man stays long at his job. To guest one advise don't come here if you want to maintain your freedom and self respect . I would not recommend to stay here anymore.
I am living here since 11 months now... Pathetic management, no reply from management or managers on raised complaint...new Staff (manager appointed this week) is so rude and unprofessional. After new management hygiene is the biggest issue. Its look like a private Hostel where Management behaves like Goons and new rules are getting implemented every now and then... Earlier everything was so good and we really enjoyed our stay but not now....
No cleaning In the boys washroom So dirty area No Hostel Staff only 1 person handling all work. They can't handle 70-80 Guest. Previous staff was good, supportive and their behavior also down to earth with Guest.
Ishita were absolute champions. They helped me with setting up a taxi intercity and showed exceptional kindness. I surely couldn't have done it with them negotiating with the driver saving me some money!! 5 star service
Nice place , environment friendly , good and humble staff. Near to metro zirakpur highway .. good connectivity. Team Nature helpful . Day and night stay facilities. Must adhere for food timing.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The stay was amazing, the staff is too good & co-operative & the food was surprisingly tasty & healthy. The room was squeaky clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
