Abu Safari Jaisalmer - Backpacker Hostel in Jaisalmer - Jaisalmer, India

I have spent 2 days at Abu Safari and it was great. They provide good services. If you are a budget traveller and looking for great experience in Jaisalmer then, I would recommend Abu Safari is the best one. They have all services like desert safari, camping, sightseeing, pickup and drop, etc. The people in Abu Safari are so friendly and provide all the help we need.

It's a remarkable place to stay ,staff is fantastic and all the facilities providing by property was awesome. It's an safe and secure place in whole city. It's an perfect destination for all kind of adventure with safe , secure and friendly environment . whenever you book this property try to come direct on property address because at railway station so many broker try to manipulate about this property or they take there own properties, overall it's an fantastic place to live .

I am coming here in this property second time. I reached this property early morning 5 am but got checkin without any hassel. I loved the service of Abu Safari. Mr Khan is also very co operative. 1. Location... Opposite to fort. All the tourist locations are at walkable 5 mim 2. Hospitality is great. With great staff.. Romeo, Ali, Mr Khan 3. Exceptional desert sufari experience at Abu Desert safari at reasonable rate. 4. Kitchen is also available. 5. Rooftop is the place where you can hangout and spend quality evening with the beautiful view of fort and city. You can also enjoy games here for free. I played chess with my son at 10 pm 6. Clean property. 7. Private room are also available. All in want to say a perfect stay option in budget. Feels like home. Must visit place as you will save a lot on money and also have fun

I would give 0 stars to this hotel if this review system allows it. Long story short, Please avoid this hotel when you are traveling to jaisalmer. We booked this hotel as it was near to the Jaisalmer fort. But to our nightmare, they had allotted our room to the different person and refused to give us any rooms. We requested care taker Abbas Bazigar but he didn't help us. I raised this with Agoda and they again asked me to sort out this thing by discussing with the hotel owner.In the end Agoda agreed to refund the money taken ( after hotels approval). I have not received the money yet. The solution given by the hotel staff was to book the room in other hotel where they had made the arrangement (which I was supposed to pay) but the prices were exorbitant (5.5k/ day). Note - This all was happening at 5am in the morning. I did call the owner beforehand about the timings and I had informed them about my arrival.

I have just spent 3 nights at Abu Safari Hostel in Jaiselmer and what a great time I have had again! This is my fourth visit. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The trip to the desert was truly beautiful and the food was delicious. The rooms at the hostel were clean. The food in the rooftop restaurant was very good too. Thanks Everyone!

The rooms are clean and staffs were really nice. I want to specially mention about Abu and Romeo bhaiya. They were really helpful. We spend two nights. Romeo bhaiya was available at all the time. Laundry is also available. Dessert safari was also very good

Chapati man is a very nice and humble person. From day one he made sure of providing us proper guidance and resources. To be honest, I would highly recommend Abu safari if you are planning to visit Jaisalmer

Starting this review writing that Rajasthan safari is quite different from Sahara or the one you would see in a pictures. We had it but expectations weren't like reality... We explain that to the owner of the hostel who's a very kind person and understood our point of view, without hesitation give us a refund and offer stay free night in a hostel. Desert is not like pictures founded surfing the net...desert is quite small and camells ride was mostly on a road... The hostel conditions are good. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Location is good as well.
