I parcelled things from Karur to Chennai. Since Perungudi is near to my home(in Chennai) , I gave destination here. They said it would take max 2 days, but it took 4 days The worst ABT center, 1. The man here is not polite 2. Asked extra money to handover the things(Rs. 200 extra apart from delivery charge) 3. Took 4 days to deliver the goods(worst response over call). He was on leave 4. The goods were damaged(4 boxes and one bike was parcelled, bike was totally damaged) Advice to ABT: -Please handle the prodcuts with care., I have to spend extra 5000/- to fix my bike -Make sure you have a good person in the centre

Worst service, the guy running the place is racist. He will charge extra and refuse to help unload your items. He made a fuss about me not removing my shoes(mentioned nowhere) into his office (which looks dirty and pathetic anyway) he is only trying to find reasons to create drama and not do his job
An One Man Army who's maintaining this Franchise of ABT parcel service at Perungudi. Can't Predict his IN and OUT time as he himself handling all goods in and out for Delivery.
Takes 4 days from Pollachi to Chennai. Upon receiving your delivery confirmation today, we went to Perungudi office. However, they closed at 6 PM instead of 7 PM mentioned in this page.

Please don't prefer this perungudi branch for your delivery address instead you can choose sholinganallur if you going for ABT.The Man who is incharge of this branch is such a stupid,He didn't have any patience while speaking and answering our questions.I Felt very bad about his approach.Going to raise complaint against that Fool soon
