To bring this to the owner's notice, since the receptionists seem useless in resolving the issue. I had visited the clinic months back, had counseling sessions with Ms Hridya.She had suggested for some psychological assessments. Rorschach test was administered, paid 4.5k for the same and once had a session for 1.5k discussing the results, which wasn't clear. We were promised to give the report back then and months later they still haven't given any reports. I have been on conversation with some receptionists for almost a month but no hope. They have been telling that the psychologist who did the assessments had left and is asking me to contact her personally. I don't understand why is it our responsibility to call them up since we paid absolute mind and not her . There has been no solution for our issue and its our right to get a report of the test done. Receptionists doesn't know to deal with clients or issues nor there is any person who is answerable. This is run by a group of people who doesn't even know what they are doing.
