I have been there for 3 months, they do have all the basic equipment, quality can be improved I think , also it's not that much neat and clean, the best part I liked that the Trainer Prathamesh is very good. He helps a lot.
I can see people rating it low but tbh this is one of the best gym for those who don't have much money to spend on personal trainer. They will teach you everything and won't ask for extra money.They will even give you diet chart for free. I had taken 3 month membership and I loss lot of fat and weight. Just be true to you body transformation journey and follow what the trainer is asking for u. I was there few years back and then I left the town so I had to leave the gym but yes I liked the gym and most probably I'll be shifting to koparkhairne soon so yes I'll take the membershio again .Budget friendly gym and the owner is also very helpful person. Other gym will ask you for money and try to earn from you but this gym doesn't really give first priority to money. Must try gym.
Friendly coaching with adequate equipments for proper weight loss/gain. Workout course also includes personalise diet plan according to weight requirement. Big area for perfect workout even for beginner with facilities like cardio and numerous options of dumbbells and plethora of machines.

Yes sir i lost 15 kg but what about your false commitment.you always commited that you bring heavy dumbells new matchines are coming etc etc but it never happened.i m sure till now date theres no any changes in gym.this one star is for your false commitment and for making people fool.
