Local GuideI have been there for 3 months, they do have all the basic equipment, quality can be improved I think , also it's not that much neat and clean, the best part I liked that the Trainer Prathamesh is very good. He helps a lot.

I can see people rating it low but tbh this is one of the best gym for those who don't have much money to spend on personal trainer. They will teach you everything and won't ask for extra money.They will even give you diet chart for free. I had taken 3 month membership and I loss lot of fat and weight. Just be true to you body transformation journey and follow what the trainer is asking for u. I was there few years back and then I left the town so I had to leave the gym but yes I liked the gym and most probably I'll be shifting to koparkhairne soon so yes I'll take the membershio again .Budget friendly gym and the owner is also very helpful person. Other gym will ask you for money and try to earn from you but this gym doesn't really give first priority to money. Must try gym.

Friendly coaching with adequate equipments for proper weight loss/gain. Workout course also includes personalise diet plan according to weight requirement. Big area for perfect workout even for beginner with facilities like cardio and numerous options of dumbbells and plethora of machines. Results can be seen even in 2 months : ) Must join for beginners looking for perfect figure

Local GuidePathetic gym service provider. Does not start AC nor repair it. 20kg max weight dumbell in gym. Stool broken. Cleaning never done. Fog on glasses which were never cleaned. Rubber matting worn out and slippery. Rubber grips become sticky. Public toilet is much better than gym toilet. No sufficient fans although ac not working. Water dripping at every corner. If you talk in gym then owner will shout like school teacher, dont make noise. We have to listen to the only songs which he plays. Treadmill stops while running at high speed suddenly. No changing room. He doesn't care about hygiene for the people using the gym.
We expect this kind of comment from those people who are not listening to gym manage ment making gym atmosphere unfriendly for another members we the only gym provided free personal training & push everyone for better results so that thousands of members get good weigtloss including this guy too due to heavy rain there are little leakages due to building repair work but nobody get interrupted . As we want peaceful atmosphere and stop people shouting loudly and occupying most of the gym equipment such people start abusing gyms

Yes sir i lost 15 kg but what about your false commitment.you always commited that you bring heavy dumbells new matchines are coming etc etc but it never happened.i m sure till now date theres no any changes in gym.this one star is for your false commitment and for making people fool.

Dont Just don't waste your hard earned money here I've been here and have taken 6 month package But within a week I stop going their Reasons AC NEVER WORK NO MACHINE ARE PROPER 0 CLEANING Max dumbell is 20kg 17.5 kg dumbell is it proper broken All the wire of the machine are broken No proper light Not enough fan I THINK I RISK MY LIFE WHENEVER I GO THEIR THE OWNER JUST DONT WANT TO LISTEN ANYTHING Choose any gym near u believe me a desi gym even a gym made in garden are better than this stupid gym
Who are u and when u been to our gym this all reviews only for gym bad publicity as gym ask this group for maintaing discipline
