Very nice ambience. For a senior citizen like me who is nearing 70, it is a great place to go to. The master trainer Nilesh is gentle, understanding of my requirements and makes sure that I am free from any gym related injuries
trainers is very friendly, they teach you right exercise, gym equipments is also good. they maintaine hygine also, if you want steam bath they also give you this facility, they give us personal lockers, shower and much facilities.
Worst, pathetic.
Overpriced and poor maintainence. Low retention rate let alone for the customers, but also the trainers, who funnily enough, complain about their low pay and the rude management to the clients.
They don't have proper defined packages - the on paper stuff is a scam - it all depends on your negotiation skills. You'd discover that people working out around you would have paid significantly more (or lesser) than what you did.
The men's changing room is often slippery, especially during winters due to steam bath section, and there have been injury cases reported in the past.
They only get footfalls because there aren't many options nearby. Quite a few members and trainers have left of late.
One of the city's awesome gym that I ever visited because there are trainers to help you, has shower facility, the important part is it also has locker and changing room . It is a unisex type of gym and has compartment area, ground floor, 1st & 2nd Floor. Not to mention about the cleanliness and hygiene standards all are up to date with each and every machines and equipments .
