Very nice gym setup, nice crowd. Gym trainers are very helpful. My trainer is Mr swapnil he is certified from k11. It's always motivating to go there everyday. They also conduct recreational activities like trekking hiking sports etc frequently. Very nice environment

I started workout in ABS Aurangabad in May 2022. They have very advance equipment and assist you very well in every exercise.Trainers are very supportive specially Kaveri Jadhav Maa'm takes group classes in which you definitely burn more than 200 calories. In terms hygiene I give 10 out of 10 to ABS Aurangabad.

I've been training with Amer Sir for almost 5months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started personal one on one training and really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions. He's focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. Moreover he is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

I am a senior citizen and was vary of joining a gym at this age. At ABS, Mr Kunal advised me to go in for personal training.I decided to start exercising with a PT as I had some injuries and hadn't been exercising regularly. Mr Amer Siddiqui, my PT, made the training sessions very interesting. He emphasised on the need for warm up exercises and stretches. He increased the levels of exercises gradually. I felt much fitter and fresh throughout the day. The HIIT sessions were new to me. Mr Aamer was extremely polite, regular and designed the workouts well. ABS gym is well equipped and extremely clean. The atmosphere is very friendly.
