Felt customer centric service was the key.. they did consider certain things as discounts and made the day a meaningful one... This place becomes a must for people wandering around Sarjapur... Poor customer care service and hygiene, food is fine but you gotta be lucky to get attention as needed from the staffs as they are very much busy from the over crowded hours. And for some reason I found they keep the sweeping and cleaning equipments next to the buffet area which is disgusting. The grills won't be refilled unless asked atleast twice. Parking is also very demanding as the location is in one of the prime area. Won't recommend for a peaceful evening!
had visited this place for bdy dinner party, being vegetarian you don't get enough choices in barbecue restaurants, same initially seems to be here, but when we asked waiters for some more items for starters, they politely accepted the requested and kept on bringing few more items, to make us happy. Complimentary drink was very good. You can try fruit barbecues , pineapple, meshed potato, crunchy corn etc.
Absolutely delicious and fun. More people is better. It's a set base cost of Rs849 for all you can eat: starters, main, deserts and special wishes on the grill. Special drinks/mocktails are paying (sometimes complimentary). The waiters keep bringing extra starters until you stop them. The starters are mostly BBQ sate which are pre-baked and are kept warm on coal in the table. You can ask extra grill items. The main course is basic veg / non-veg. Deserts are plenty (including ice cream): leave some space for them!

Nice place. Food is great, delicious and mouthwatering. Service is even awesome, staff members are very courteous, they ask for anything that you like or you didn't like multiple times, so the customer is satisfied. Overall i would give 5/5 for food, service and ambiance... Its less crowded compared to the Marathahalli branch.
We went on a weekday for lunch. The staff asked for what other flavors we like to eat and made it specially for us it was so nice. Malai Chicken and Mutton pepper. Started with barbeques all the chicken and fruits were good. The crispy chicken in the live counter was OK Ok. Biryani was good. Desserts were awesome, cheese cake, fruits, ice creams.
Starters was really good as expected. Their fish grill is definitely a must try. Also dont miss the tangarinl kabab here. The main course was also really good with good spread between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Desserts, as always, has biggest spread. Don't forget to check their live counter. The staff are good but it can get difficult when there is big crowd, which is very common for this outlet. We liked the taste, they have good number of items in buffet.
