AB's - Absolute Barbecues | Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad - Barbecue restaurant in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

We have visited on 13th Nov 2023 evening,as it is a birthday party. We reached by 20:00 hrs. It is very nearer to Madhapur metro station ( 400 meters- walkable). Valet parking is there,if we come by car. No parking issues. AB's is present on 4th floor which has lift and steps accessibility. It has more spacious inside. As we have gone on Monday, non veg table grill+ Iive counters+ Buffet costs 699rs + tax which is worth able. Rahman , AB's person was given to us to serve. We are total 7 adults & 5 children visited the place. Then arrangements were done happily. Veg started are superb in table grill. Non veg items specially Fish, prawns are tasty. Chicken is not so spicy. On our request, a special dish was prepared which is prawns pakodi and is awesome tasty. First time,we have tried prawns pakodi. Chicken leg piece is juicy and wonderful. Overall non veg & veg starters are great. Then we have visited live counter ( in this only chaat ,Omlet, Chicken liver fry in pavbajji are prepared) . It is ok ok. Children like panipuri likely and it was tasty. Actually, chaat was given earlier to table when we have started at table grill. Then coming to Main course. Veg items are more and very tasty. Non veg items are okok. Mutton curry is same as Fish curry ( I mean, may be same fish masala was added to mutton). Chicken biryani is good. Main taste is in deserts. Children and most of us liked all deserts. Icecream, cake pieces, pastry etc should try. One more thing, i need to add is a seperate counter with alcohol is also provided. Non alcoholic beverages are also good. Finally, a small birthday party was done and AB's barbeque given a cake with audio ( On our request, DJ tillu song was played) and it is superb experience. Overall, for us it is great to have a good dinner party with manageable price serving most of the items.

Good table side bbq experience. The prawns were really good and spicy followed by the chicken and fish. The chaat station was nice as well. Not a lot of variety on the main course buffet. Desserts had a lot of great options too. Nice party atmosphere and good crowd. Service was top notch.

Absolute Barbecue is a very decent place for the buffet. The jubilee hills branch is very spacious compared to other branches in Hyderabad. The buffet spread was good; there were starters, chat, wish grills, a main course and desserts. The starters were excellent, the chat tasted good, the wish grills tasted very bad, the main course was minimal, and I was very much disappointed with the desserts; only a few desserts, like Malpu, moong dal halwa, and jalebi, were good. Ice creams are delicious. The paan ice cream is a must-try. The ambience of this place was decent. The service was good. The staffs were attentive throughout. Overall I had a very decent experience at this place.

I'll talk about food first, apart from corn (I feel they served the afternoon ones) in starters everything was good as expected, this time I even liked the chicken briyani. I love desserts and they didn't disappointed us, pan ice cream was next level fun. We have been here for our team dinner with a total of 40 people, they served us on the 3rd floor which is beside 3B's, I felt the place is so congested. The serving was sometimes delayed but it was okay. The parking space is so small, like when we are removing the car, it took a lot of time because of the space issue.

The restaurant had a congested but inviting ambiance, with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were promptly addressed throughout the meal. The non-vegetarian options at the buffet were plentiful and seemed to cater to a wide range of preferences. The meat and seafood dishes were well-prepared and flavorful. However, when it came to the dessert section, it fell short of expectations (when compared with other barbecue places like BBQ nation, etc). The dessert options were noticeably limited in comparison to the variety and selection of savory dishes. The lack of diversity and innovation in the dessert selection was disappointing, particularly for those with a sweet tooth.

My family and I had a fantastic time at AB's. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. The service was attentive and friendly. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place to dine out with family and loved ones.

Actually i visited AB's long back.., after a long time again i got a chance to visit AB's. We had a team lunch. But I was completely disappointed. Why because on my last visit I had different types of starters, main course and desserts. But now there are limited options in the main course and there are less options in desserts. And the taste is okay. Overall the experience was not good.

Nice place. Lots of varieties of meat like chicken, mutton, fish, prawns, octopus etc. Chinese is also available. Good variety of ice creams, chat and pan ice cream too. Lots of small pasteries and bakery items. Lot more. Must try spot.
