Aboli Cottages - Hotel in Akshi - Raigad, India

Overall this stay is value for money. This homestay is well taken care by the local family, they were very polite with our requests. No fancy things to be expected here, instead you will get clean rooms, Co-Operative service. Good experience staying here with my family.

Very nice and professional staff. Rooms are spacious, neat n clean. The seafood is very tasty. We enjoyed stay.. We will definitely visit again. Over all very good spot for picnic with family and friends.

Nice cottage to stay near to Akshi Beach just 10 mts walking distance. Care taker is also very good in service. You will get best kokani food (Veg and Non Veg) in reasonable rates. We enjoyed a lot.

Nice little cozy place. It's not fanciful, but more like home stay- quite cozy and clean, provides you comfortable stay for few days. The caretaker is good and his family prepares good local food - specially fish. Good option to conside3 if you dont want to spend too much on accommodation and dont expect any hotel like menu and services.

Good Home stay. A small cottage with a lawn gives a rustic feel. Food is the best part of the stay, let it be sea food or veg, freshly cooked and delicious. Fish and prawn preparation is superb. Just a Walking distance from Akshi beach and 3-4 km from Nagaon. Care taker Mr Patil and family take good care of the guests.

Very nice place ,Located just near the Aksi beach & nagaon beach in alibag(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality and Good food like homemade.

Handled by the caretaker and his wife. We had the whole place to ourselves luckily. The hospitality was very good. Home cooked food was available as per our request. There's a German Shepard "Cookie" on the property and she is very playful and friendly.

The cottage is 6 kms from Alibaug town. But you get 6 seater autos at Rs.15/- per seat to reach this cottage. Akshi beach is approx 5-7 min walk and from there you can walk another 10 min to reach Nagaon beach, where once can do water sports. Lot of plants/trees, hammocks, outside seating, etc. make the Cottage look more beautiful. They served yummy home-made food. Both Mr. Aboli, the owner and the caretaker were very helpful and guided us for our day tour. The rooms are small but neat and clean. If there was a swimming pool, it would have been silver lining on the cloud. One advise for the owner/caretaker - please clean the back-side of the property. Lot of rubbish thrown made it difficult for us to open the window of that side. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend to all my friends/relatives to stay here.
