A very practical place on the outskirts of Nashik city. The place is almost new and the staff are very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. There is parking available within the building premises which is locked at night. Breakfast was served and was quite tasty. Each floor has a living room with a washing/kitchen area and dining table. A few clicks were taken by me and my friend which I'm attaching here. The place is very close to all the winyards which is an added bonus. Well recommended.

The place is good, cheap and affordable. But the problem was we wanted early check in and had informed the hotel..but when we reached the hotel there was no one present at around 6am and the owner was not responding to the calls.. finally we got a room at around 8. The staff has no idea that if a room is booked for 2 people whether 2 are staying or 5. We thought we simply booked 2 rooms, we would have adjusted in one room as no one was noticing. Other than these 2 issues I felt the rooms were quite good and clean. The delux room are quite spacious than the normal one.
Spacious, clean, well maintained, all amenities are working like lift ac plumbing fridge microwave etc. Cons- staff/caretaker can be picky about certain things. Due to solar water heaters, winter mornings when hot water is most needed, is absent.
Although the rooms and facilities are good, the caretakers of the guest house are extremely irresponsible and reticent. They will exploit you for some extra money and will not treat your guests well. Had an extremely bad experience with them
Worst service apartment by Oyo I have ever seen. We were 4 people and I have booked room one day ago, we reached to hotel in morning 5 am and receptionist said all rooms are booked and can't give you room. How's this possible if we already got confirm email from Oyo that rooms are booked with booking ID then they denied for room. Exceperince very poor.. pathetic service
Negative 5. No proper place for parking, pathetic management, they gave tap water bottle for Rs. 25. Worst breakfast, bad experience, no value for money. Don't ruin your day, stay away from scam.
