I'm especially mentioning this feedback to state that the application was not working properly since a long time, the delivery Executive Named Mr. IMRAN SHEIKH addressed the concern quickly and the Manager Mr. SHIVAM MISHRA took care of the further processes, in order to rectify the issue on a priority basis. This made my experience really well and I truely appreciate the work done by both of them. Such dedication toward customer's concerns is truthfully needed. Moreover, such people in an organization enhance the customer's experience. Very Well Done

The store is excellent as well as the staff is helpful the people here especially Mr.SHIVAM MISHRA is very cooperative towards the customer. All the hygiene and customer requirements are fulfilled. Must say that it is the best store for NON VEG with very clean products.

Very Unhygienic. Dirty shop. People managing are very dirty. Chicken i purchased was smelling bad. Not recommended

Hygiene and covid protocol are not being followed. No masks. No gloves. When used, Chicken blood stained gloves are used on the cash register and on cash. Delivery is taken with no regards to safety or hygiene. Chicken is kept in an icebox outside the establishment on ground. The meat preparing area is not sanitized. And the people working there are not even trained. It's a joke.

Good places instead of our traditional butcher.

5 star for hygiene and cleanliness of shop and items which are presented to customers. 5 star ( because we still doesn't bother about hygeine and cleanliness of food items selling areas, whether it is vegan or meat). I bet, whoever (customer) goes in that shop will definitely be happy. It looks like an ice-cream parlour from outside as well as from inside until you see the chicken stored under the glasses.

Good quality boneless chicken breast and thigh meat at good price. Also they can cut the pieces for you however you want. Quick and convenient place to buy broiler chicken

Unprofessional service. Placed an order almost an hour ago and since the status of the order is not been accepted yet iam confused whether they are intended to deliver this order or not. Tried calling multiple times on customer care number but they either reject or wait for the call to automatically disconnect. Would have been better if atleast you cancel you order once the customer places it or have courtesy to call and inform customer about the status. There are other services too so we don't have to rely on only one. Edit - Atleast inform whether or not you are open for delivery today. Should not take up what you cannot deliver.
