Best old school gym .... good coach with good training and best diet tips
I was a member for three years, I like this place for the range of equipments they provide for a very reasonable fee. I would say it's cheaper considering the locality and size of the gym. Safe place and friendly trainers. Above all, they won't compel or insist on purchasing the nutritional powders or supplements.
Steel Rusted Gym equipments. Cost is less but high amount of risk. They don't concentrate on all workouts. Lack of trainers. There is hardly one person who takes care of the people who are new. For newbies, this place is not Recommended.
Abinaya best for summer! Weight loss people who all wants to shape your body just try at summer season. Equipments are old..! And monthly fees also increased 750 but it's not reasonable for middle class people...
