Nishanth sir Yoga Teaching is excellent. He can teach in 3 languages (English, Telugu, Hindi) very fluently with clear understanding words. He explains each and every Posture Name and how to do it, clearly. Teaches around 120 postures in a week while some will be repeated on some days of a week. He maintains his limits and has professional behaviour. Has respect for every lady. He is so down to earth and very professional. His effort in making the postures right is so encouraging. He helps us in making the postures in the initial days of Yoga practice, till we are able to do it on our own. Gives a lot of motivation and explains to each person separately if needed. He also suggests some particular postures if we had any injury or pain during Yoga.
It has been a wonderful journey of more than an year into the knowledge of yoga in many aspects. Nishant sir has a strong passion towards teaching yoga, he is very cheerful and dedicated. Although its a virtual class that I attend, he makes an effort to guide each and every one in the session. His voice is therapeutic and the way he explains all asanas in different languages so everyone can connect to, is appreciable. Thank you for the amazing journey so far and looking for prolonged association!

I started yoga lessons, with Nishantgaru as my teacher ,about 11 months ago and am very happy I did. The yoga lessons helped me a lot , have noticed significant increase in my energy level , flexibility and in core strength. He is an excellent teacher , guides you with understanding of your capability , and keeps you challenged. He always reminds you to focus on your breath during asanas and includes pranayama in the sessions . Yoga is a lifelong practice and am glad to have such a good teacher to help me learn.
I have joined Abhyasa Yoga in June 2023. Though i was irregular in practice, within this 3 months i could notice my muscle strength and overall body fitness improved. Thanks to my trainer Nishanth garu. I strongly recommend Abhyasa Yoga for those interested in getting fitter.
Very good in teaching yoga. I am completely satisfied with his training. He will motivate for improving postures(asanas). Sometimes he will tell loudly when we make mistakes number of times of one posture, just for improving postures and to stay mindfullness in class he will tell loudy. So we should not take it personally. In his class,interaction will be there that's good for clarifying our doubts.
