Our old revolving chair got broken last year. Break was at the base and we literally discarded. Today, we went to abhilash furniture shop with the intension of buying a new one. When i showed the picture of my old chair, the kind hearted staffs there in abhilash told me to take a metallic base which was available there in the shop. They didn't force me to buy a new one. They told this base will be sufficient as you can fit it easily replacing the old base. Look at the picture, the chair after washing and putting the new base looks like a brand new one. I saved a lot of money. Thanks to abhilash bed and furniture mall staffs. Such a great service. Had bought beds from this shop earlier. All good products. Best in town.

Excellent customer service. I bought a bosch office chair last year. And the wheel got damaged one week back. I went there today and within 10 minutes, they replaced the entire piece. The product was under warranty, and there was no paper works or verification or that kinda stuff. Honestly, Am happy, by the way, they deal with the customers.
