It was a great experience for me to travel with Ashok Travels Mandsaur through Abhi Bus ,from now onwards I will suggest my family and friends to book tickets from Abhi Bus only

On the scheduled departure date, I arrived at the departure point well in advance, as advised, to board the bus. Unfortunately, the bus arrived significantly late, causing a delay. Due to this delay, I had to Opt for another bus which was available at the venue for immediate departure.I missed the connecting bus I was supposed to catch to reach my final destination. This unexpected delay not only inconvenienced me but also forced me to make alternative travel arrangements to reach my destination, incurring additional expenses. I spoke to Abhibus same time and ask to create a complaint for the same and spoke to the representative for a good 15 minutes and informed them about the situation. But even till now not gotten any mail or message for my complaint ID. I am wondering representative created even the Complaint or not. The Area where the customer has to wait for the bus is utterly disappointing. The bus office staff was continuously smoking inside it and it was very hard to sit there and dangerous too with so much smoke . I do not expect this level of service from a trusted partner like abhibus and its assured partner for which we are paying a premium over usual.. I hope for a prompt and positive response to resolve this issue.

We have booked the ticket thru abhibus in airindia travels. Very worst experience by booking by this travels. 0 star will be suits very well. I have booked the bus from Chennai to Coimbatore for my sister. After reaching the pickup point at 8.50 Pm we called the driver and initially they responded like "bus is on the way wait for sometime like they said" after 15 mins again we called and they are responding like the bus starting from vandalur so u come there like they said. They won't shared where is the exact pickup point in Vandalur. My sister is new to Chennai and even she don't know how to reach there. They said initially we will guide u to reach there. But after she called to them but not responding properly and putting the calls on hold and no proper response. Again we tried to travels office and asked about the pick up point change "they know the news about pickup point change by evening before 6.00 PM itself and they need to convey the news to customers" as a single women with out knowing the new location how they can travel over there. Travels office persons are behaving rude and saying like we are starting over from there. If u need to cancel the tickets u can but we never refund the amount like they said. Reached abhibus customer care and we explained the situation and they are supporting the travels only and not thinking about the single female customer how they will reach the location as they new to the place. And they said we won't refund. That's not our fault and they are not updated this to abhibus or to customers that the bus will starts from different pickup point. Very worst tickets booking app and they won't care about their customers and behaving like very worst. We booked some other Travels and totally wasted by booking this travels using abhibus. Very worst experience by booking this travels. Anyone Never book in this travels in future. Even not maintaining hygiene inside the bus. Very very very very worst for staff behavior and maintenance over all 0. Totally waste. Personally I won't recommend abhibus to anyone to book tickets from this application. 0 rating will be suits to abhibus. If u are not respecting customers then why u are running this. U can do some other things. Worst and waste app. Very bad experience. Redbus is much better than abhibus. Same experience I faced in redbus at last minute and we reached customer care and asked for refund that we can't go that much long for the pickup point and they accepted and understand the situation and refunded full ticket amount. Plz go with Redbus and do not book with abhibus for booking tickets. Totally money minded people and they are not caring about customers. If you are not ready to provide best service plz shut down ur operations. That will be more helpful to customers and the won't suffer after booking tickets from ur booking app.

Worst service they made us wait 3 hour in road ..no back up bus ..the bus will get break down ..don't have any other option just running travels with single bus ..if u spending more than no 1500 go with quality travels ..don't book sreeone ..bus driver.. while driving he taking Alcohol it's not safety don't book sreeone

One of horrible experience. I traveled from Allepey to Bangalore on 18 oct 2023 . Bus no NL01B1148. Traveled with 2 small kids. . Very rude behaviour of the driver . Name of driver: Kishore. They stopped at some restaurant fit for truck drivers. I ate my dinner on road . The driver used singular and vulgar language. Even spoke rudely to my wife. Pathetic service. Never travel with Yatra . No helpline also!

Worst service ever.. the worst app to book a bus.. i booked a bus..from Surat to akola.. bus fare 1200rs pr seat.. i booked 2 seats..and for a safe secure travel i did take thr paid travel insurance service for additional 275rs... Departure time 22:45 from there office in surat.. they didn't mentioned while booking that they charge us for AUTO RAKSHAW rental from thr office to the bus parking spot... they took us from thr office to bus parking outside surat city on a lone highway 10km away from surat city.. and they made us wait over there for more then 3 hours middle of the night middle of the road bus came 2:00 am in the morning... such a shame and worst service ever..disgusting..and disappointing

I had to book the ticket to APSRTC through AbhiBus to undertake journey on 20th instant and had got to cancel on 16th due to restoration of Rail Service. This morning hours I could receive the refund of almost full amount except deduction of negligible amount towards service charges. Thanks very many for the instantaneous response of AbhiBus support team and its implementation of principles.
