Living here for last 12+ years. Had our share of challenges getting things into an order. Residents including tenants make it a friendly environment. We celebrate Ganapati & New year. Special thing is kids playing in the area, you name it and they played. We had water logging issues during heavy rains three times and had caused difficulties. Flat have one common bathroom and one attached. If you are looking to take up a flat for rent, it could be a better place around this area.
About 70+ well maintained flats in this apartment complex with self sufficient ground water. Enough parking place available. Nice place for kids to play and cycling. Very nice friendly community. Manjeera water pipelines already reached to this location and expecting Manjeera water supply to this apartment by end of 2018 or in 2019. This apartment complex is just 2 kms away from JNTU Metro station.

Nice community with all amenities and the maintenance is very reasonable compared to many other gated communities. It has one of the well maintained swimming pools in Hyderabad.
