One of the beautiful places in kodanad to spend 2-3 hours with family. The zoo is like walking inside the jungle itself. Well maintained forest area. Mainly elephants and deers inside the zoo. We can see Elephant Training cage inside the zoo. Parking fee is there. Rs 50 per 4 Wheeler. In addition to that Rs 50 Entry for adults.

A good place to hang out with family. There's a long way to walk inside the forest .Deer park is there but only have few ones. This is basically an elephant training place so we can see a number of elephants here. There are small tree houses on th walk way.And they also have a small park for the children's .They charged 50 for parking and 50 for entry ticket per person.we can see wide variety of plants there

The place is good enough for a casual day out with kids. There's a long walkway around the property, a butterfly garden, and a mini-zoo which just has a few deer and elephants. Pros: - Most of the walkway is tiled, so even my two year old could walk through most of it. You can also use a stroller if required. - There are multiple play and rest areas, and a cafeteria offering some snacks and drinks. - The staff is generally friendly and courteous. - An affordable experience. Cons: - The property is pretty small. You could probably spend two hours at best. Not sure if it is worth the visit if you are driving from places like Kochi. Consider clubbing up the visit with a couple of other tourist spots in the area such as Mahogany Thottam. - The title 'Mini Zoo' could get you excited, but having only a few deers and elephants around could be a bummer. To summarise, a place definitely worth checking out, but plan the day with some more places around in mind so that you could make the best of the drive.

It is a wonderful mini zoo located in the forest, A home for homeless wild especially for elephants and spotted deer. There is a long way through the forest to enter the zoo . Mainly you can see the elephants and deer . There is also a tree house and childrens play area, and a cafe . You have to buy tickets and pay for the parking also.its a elephants rehabilitation centre. You can see so many elephants there that you can only seen through the social medias. It's a clam and quite place for nature lovers

Good few elephants with good facilities. Elephants are tied up and in a good distance with trenches in-between. Avoid going on a summer day.

Very beautiful natural park. Will make you realize importance of trees. Visiting at noon, we were protected by shade. Elephants, spotted deer and Sambal deer in captivity and well taken care of.

A mini zoo where you can watch sambar deer spotted deer and elephants. There is a garden for medicinal plants and you can walk around the ecotourism center enjoying the beauty of nature. It's funny to watch elephants bathing and the famous tusker 'Peelandi Chandru' is tied at a spot far from the rest of the elephants. The place is a good choice to spend a half day, away from the hustle and noise of urban life.
