The collection was good. The welcome was also good. Service was just amazing. Ms Shilpa was the staff member who was helping us select, and she was so patient ,so sweet and so charming ... She didn't show a sign of complain though it was past their working hours...
They have silver, gold and diamond collections aswell.. Had visited to gold section also in the past experience with the overall shopping was good.. Have been visiting silver section more often particularly to exchange the silver leg chain. customer service experience was good for me.. Watches, gifting options available.. Sincethe past 5 years, I've bought silver items from your store. The staff is efficient , super friendly and that's one of the main reason I keep visiting your store. Especially, Ravindra and Hiteshi mainly are the ones who attend to me. Collection is also good, place is neat and well kept.
