This hotel exceeds my expectations in both culinary delights and aesthetic appeal. It is very hygiene and well maintained. Veg and non-veg both are available with lots of variety of foods. Services are also very good and genuine.
The behavior of the staff is very poor. I used to prefer to stay there during my business visits but the customer retention policy is totally zero. I asked them for an early check in from 8 PM but it was denied, even after explaining the whole condition. The staff behavior is very rude.
One of the oldest hotels still functioning. The place serves good food and has 2 separate restaurants to drive the place. The rooms look good and are recently renovated. The place needs to separate the rooms or dedicate a particular floor as smoking rooms. The only negative about the place is the strong smell of cigarettes on the floor corridors. Extremely Disappointed. First and foremost, I booked a room that explicitly included breakfast. However, the hotel tried to charge me an additional amount for breakfast, claiming that my reservation did not include it. This blatant attempt to overcharge guests for amenities that were already paid for is nothing short of deceitful and dishonest. The attitude of the staff towards guests who booked online was appalling. It was evident that they considered online bookings as inferior or below average people. I felt discriminated against and disrespected throughout my stay, as if my choice to book online made me less deserving of a pleasant experience. Moreover, the general unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff was astonishing. They lacked basic courtesy and failed to address my concerns adequately. They wanted me to change the room after one day of stay although I extended it to one more day through online. Else, they demanded to pay extra. Very pathetic and dissatisfied.
Overall, a decent stay but pricey. Room was spacious , very neat and bathroom was clean. Although i felt that the bathroom was cramped up. Only one towel was provided. Hair dryer's press button had dirt stains. The flooring was uneven and therefore when You walk around in the room it would make noise. Hot water heating jug was good , lighting and ambience is good. Room has a refrigerator and extra pillows and comforter stacked in the cupboard. Hotel's location is excellent. Everything you would need is at walkable distance. Check in and check out was easy . The amenities included for the price i paid is probably less. For this price, rooms could have had a iron box with ironing stand. Extra towels and clean ones. Would i come back again? Yes i would ! The bathroom could have been big . Maybe i got a room with the tiniest bathroom because i was solo this trip . Extra towels could have been provided, bathroom door mats also would have been nice to have
Very close to the Vashi station. Hotel is old but they have maintained it well. You will love the breakfast...Staff were courteous and friendly for any support..a good place to stay if you are on work or with family.
