Very disappointing service i had ever been.I have visited Kannur Alsalama with my father.But the experience made me very disappointed.Actually they have took care off my father only after seeing Me.He used steps more than two times and got tired before I reached there.Only because he dont know whether lift facility is available or not.And there is no professionalism found even in Patient relation executive.They are running behind every one for droping Google review.In that hurry they forgets about caring old patients.Please provide a proper training for these executives atleast to fulfill your needs without making bad impressions on Patients.I visited Calicut alsalama too.went to kannur only because of the extreme good service i had with Calicut Alsalama.
