Bad experience. The invoice doesn't show making charges/wastage separately. Neither the staff tells you the amount of MC. They have the best unethical way of billing module to manipulate customers. Also their making charges are way too high.

Very bad customer experience. They are charging 10% to buy back their own gold coins.. literally looting customers.. The manager who looks highly experienced ,has some epic replies for your queries!

This place is a new showroom that I visited for the first time. Though a small shop, they have everything from silver to diamond to platinum their ornaments have an exquisite collection and designs are unique . We were very happy and satisfied with the purchase and happy to have one more option .. it's a nice place and good collection

Very poor customer service... I was there to sell/ exchange my old gold pieces and purchase something new to my little daughter two days ago.. Firstly, the place was super empty and the customer care could have been nicer... secondly after purchase the wait time to produce bill was over 43 minutes it's because the minute they saw the next set of customer they dumped my work and started serving the next as I had already made my purchase. Choice is poor but customer service is pathetic. Please think twice before you chose to go here!

For a small stud they charge 900rs making charge. MC are very high. For 2.7grms of gold we paid 3600 MC ... no concession if u buy more in number..
