Beware of buying diamond jewellery here. Bought multiple pieces in a span of 10 years. Went for an exchange. They gave highly depreciated value for old jewellery stating the diamond rates have come down. However they are selling new jewellery at the same old high market value. The point of wonder/ concern here is most of the gemstones have appreciated in last 10 years. Tanishq has given double the value of diamond bought the during the same period.

The team at Abaran were very warm and knowledgeable and the store had a wonderful collection of items. Definitely worth a visit when in Bangalore!

Kala, representive was extremely helpful. Attached her photo. Great gold collection of all price range. I never stepped out of Aabharan with disappointment. I always left with great smile because of their quality and assurance of giving one. A feedback to work on oxidised god's idols from small to large range. I could not buy Lakshmi Narasimha idol of 2inch size in oxidised material. Hope fully you should consider bringing such great options too with purity and clarity of faces of God.

Although the hospitality and jewellery collection at Abaran are on point, the staff lack imagination, open-ended mindedness and are incapable of comprehension. We had placed an order for a finger ring and waited 4 weeks only to find out that the ring was not made to our request and liking. It was instead was made to suit their convenience. The staff of course was quick to come up with the lamest of excuses for not complying to our custom order. Now we have no choice but to wait another 4 weeks. It was a very disappointing experience at Abaran. It's discouraging at the least to shop there again.

Heigienic standards are maintained to take care of Covid 19 protocols. Store people are customer friendly. After sales services are good. They have various designs to cater our budget.

Decent store with decent collection. However dint find the staff very knowledgeable. They are not aware of many latest trends and designs. So, they can't tell much about their products except telling that whatever you are seeing is new product and they have only one of that sort.

I love this place of jewellery since the day I came to Bangalore in 2003 Dec. Have no clue or idea why I like them.. but I am a fan of them. I tried their gold first to buy a diamond earrings and since then, my gold, diamond buys are only from them. Very humble and truly affectionate staffs. And surely not a single one fakes there with the consumers like I had experienced in most of the top brands. Trust me, never let go of their tea if they offer you. It's their in-house tea and you can compare the quality of the gold they sell when you sip their chai. I am Abaran fan, so you can't expect anything other than JUST positives.
