I visited it for 1st time with family. They had really great sales manager. The manager were always greeting new customer with a big smile. And for repeated customers they used talk to them in a friendly manner. Display of jewellery and selection was very neat. They had a kids play area.
It was a great experience overall , the prices are fair and the jewellery is top notch ,hospitality was extremely good the staff were very polite and helpful. But please reduce the Ac and air freshener on the first floor , it was very intense and cold, my mother couldn't stop coughing and sneezing due the room fresheners intensity also observed few customers and staff who couldn't stop sneezing due to its intensity, forgot to write this in the comment book which was there at the entrance, I hope this issue will be resolved soon. Apart from this everything was good, will only consider abaran whenever purchasing jewellery.
Very responsive staffs and so humble and active. Loved the service. Jewellery designs and collections are really good. Would definitely recommend the place for it's collections and humble service. Simply awesome.

Good ambience and good service. Less crowded than others. Wastage is standard around 13-19%. Less compared to GRT where I paid 25% as wastage charges.

Though the making charges are high (quite high in fact!), I found the staff and manager (Mr, Ramakrishna) to be friendly, understanding and approachable. The collection to be too good. The reach and penetration of the brand may not be equivalent to that of other jewelry chains, but the designs are original and breathtaking, especially if you shopping for your big day.
