The premise is good and very clean. It is situated at a good location and isn't very far from the railway and the metro stations. The food was good and the service was also fine. Even though, I couldn't have a look at the room, I speculate it to be good as said by my friends. Overall, the hotel is good and offers a tasty selection of dishes.

Rude reservation team. Due to my son's medical emergency I have requested for a cancellation 3 days before arrival. But they simply denied my request and charged the full amount. Just book here if you are ok with rude staff team. Edited review below The above was the issue with the reservation team and due to the deniel Im forced to come. At time of check in the reception staff was very friendly and Mr Anup the manager personally come and checked my issues with the reservation team and he promised to check the issue and not to repeat in the future. Abad is located in MG Rod Ernakulam and access is easy and on main road. Staffs are friendly and have sufficient parking at this place for cars. Overall the place looks a bit old and I felt the bathroom fittings are pretty shabby. Needs big improvement in overall interior maintenance. Went for complementary breakfast and we felt like landed in some market. It has nothing to do with the hotel or its staff but the guests. Guests are running around in panic mode to get the food as if it will run out the dishes. Hotel Was sufficiently refilling but still few of the guests are running around and filling the plates like starved people.

The reception staff were very polite and helpful. After explaining about g to he facilities they even keyed in the WiFi for me even when I did not request. Rooms were lean and big. Bedding clean and very comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth with morning wake-up call. Keep up the good work. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Got a good experience in that hotel. The room was so neat and the service was great. They had a good breakfast buffet and we could choose the meal which we liked. They also have a pool which has a depth up to 7 feet and also has a party hall which is so spacious.

I had stayed for a night, it was a very good stay. The hotel rooms were spacious and had nice amenities. The restaurant had amazing food, we being a predominantly vegetarian family, really enjoyed the food. They tended to all of our requests.
