It's a great place to stay while in Kochi. Rooms are clean and spacious, service is prompt and courteous and the food (breakfast buffet) is very good too. The bathroom in our suite could use some renovation and upgrade as it seemed very dated and in need of maintenance. Since the restaurant is right next to the lobby and the atrium, the smell of the food fills the entire atrium and also flows into the rooms,which can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Since the hotel is in the city the view from the windows was not great and we kept the curtains drawn closed during our stay. Overall a great place to stay and good value for the money spent.
Had a great stay at Abad Atrium. The customer experience was amazing, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Every time I walked past reception they'd always smile at me, and make me feel very welcome. Haseena a cleaning staff member was especially a very warm and nice person to talk to when I saw her, and kept our room very clean. The room was very nice, the outlets fit my international plugs. I do wish the bathroom was more aesthetic and pretty, but it wasn't bad.

I stayed in Atrium for three days in second floor . Having stayed in multiple 5 star hotels I would compare it to be one of the best in Kerala. Service by Haseena was exemplary anand cleanliness superb . Hotel is well managed. Thank you management team
Abad Atrium is in a convenient location at MG Road for all kinds of shopping. All the staff were really friendly from reception to the room service. Ms. Haseena delivered a top notch service, she made sure we received all we required during the stay. Parkings are available but sometimes its crowded.
Excellent services overall from this hotel across branches in Kerala. Devu and Priya at Abad Atrium sweet girls and very helpful Shakeer very helpful also..Overall food options for breakfast,lunch,and dinner very tasty. Location,food , rooms everything is fine but food is pathetic.. especially the breakfast!! Even basic breakfast menu is not available n also the staff's thr doesn't have basic hygiene
