AB Nagaswara Rao park is one of the best place for walk. The track is 400-500 meters. Where there is some traditional exercise items fixed in a corner. You even have a library over there. The plants and trees will give pure and could breez where there are some chairs to enjoy this breez which will relaxes our mind....

Ok but need to wear full dress.. too many flies... If you really want to reduce some weight, for you this is best.. daily minimum 5 rounds of walk... You will see the result at the end.. but wear cloths fully.. no shorts...
