The rooms are big and spacious. Hotel management and staff are cooperative. Improvement is needed for kitchen service. By and large it's a good stay.
Well maintained and clean...rooms are spacious and comfortable.. staff is polite and helpful
Good but cleaning is not regularly. We forgot our charger there and them 3-4times to check and recheck for it but they said they don't have it. Luckily we had time so my husband visited there and found it at reception desk after searching the room and requesting them to check the drawers. It's such experience.
A good hotel to stay with family. Presently hotel restaurant is not available but shortly they are starting it. Good service, quite surrounding, neat and clean premises, polite staff and not too heavy on pocket what one can needs more?.. try it ! my

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and compentent staff. Great hotel with attention to detail. We so enjoyed our stay there and hope to return soon. Rooms are luxurious, very close to the Railway and Bus Station, but the thing that makes superb stay experience is the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Very happy with the overwhelming approach by staff especially Mr. NILESH JAISWAL who was truly supportive and kind during our whole stay. Thanks to Balaram as well!!
I booked the hotel for my parents, they confirmed it on the booking app, when my parents reached there, they said that booking was cancelled, if that was the case they shouldn't have confirmed the booking in the first place and now they are not picking up any phone calls and in the app too they didn't update the cancellation case, seem to be a irresponsible and cheap hotel.
