AMBIENCE :Impressive interiors with world class equipments. Pre installed audio system for ur positive vibes. With more motivation u can burn ur calories there. GYM TRAINERS : Trainers are well qualified with experience. In addition to that female trainers are available exclusively for training the women. They are providing a separate time slot exclusively for women from 11 AM to 5 PM. FOOD COURT :Diet food court is available inside the gym. PARKING FACILITIES :Bike parking facilities are there. Street side free parking areas for bikes. It is so difficult to find parking area for your cars. So, bikes are preferable. Overall, A Highly recommended place for your fitness in Thiruvarur.

AB fitness A/C gym - AC stands for Aru Chami they never put AC, they have AC just to showoff. Gym overpriced ( 10,000 rupees per month personal training not worth, even high class gyms in chennai wont ask you that money)
