Not specific to this shop, but I suggest inspection by a mechanic is a must for any used car purchase. Here, while I agree some amount of fault is at my side because I made the purchase without proper investigation, here is my experience as an official Google Local Guide: Pros: 1. Agents are respectful and helpful in showing the car 2. RTO RC ownership transfer was smooth Cons: 1. They said the car is serviced recently, but it was wrong as per records and, mud inside the vents. Had to spend 13,000 INR for service 2. Car broke down in the middle of the road next day because battery was dead. Inspected and found the battery is faulty and needs replacement. Spent 7,000 INR 3. You never expect you have to give additional 'commission' when you buy from a 'shop' 4. Was not informed about major complaints like fuel gauge faulty until the purchase is completed 5. Because the dashboard numbers are wrong due to point 4, I suspect the Odo is wrong and I have over paid for an old vehicle. 6. Price is too high. Car24 quote is two lakhs less than the price I paid 7. No scope for healthy negotiations and price discussed is without commission amount. 8. I was informed this is a first owner vehicle, but it was THIRD owner in reality. 9. You will never see the vehicle owner. I face difficulty changing insurer name because the insurance agency want NOC from previous owner. 10. Coolant is leaking horribly - needs the bottle replacement
