The gym is below average. There is no female trainer. There was no zumba, aerobics and yoga as promised. Equipments are old and broken. There is no treadmill. Very unhygienic toilet facilities. There is no weight training. It is a complete Waste of money.

Best Gym in town. Imported equipments, large space, good trainers. Trainer Ram Mohan is very passionate about training. He has 4 international & 2 National certifications for fitness coaching. He's several times winning the body building competitions. He is a proffessional judge for body building competitions. I'm Training with him at Ayush fitness for last 12 years. Unisex gym and separate training space for ladies also there.
