This was my 2nd visit to Aayush Farms and these guys never let your expectations down. The pool, the maintenance, the service and the way they take care of your all needs is very commendable.
I would start like to start from food, food taste is very appetizing, entire place is very lovely and in evening it's lightened up full of colours. Rooms are average and service is good. Must visit if you are planning for group visits.
This was a really great outing, It is not very big place but i feel it is good place for a big group of 20-30 people, they have normal size pool of roughly 4-5 feet deep, a rain dance area which was beautiful. Food was also ok.
Quiet place with uber clean rooms. They provide towels and toiletries. Only minus point is the pool water. Rest the food is yummm. They have a nice seating arrangement in the midst. They let you use refrigerator and are really humble.

11/06/2022 Great place for family picnic. Good food (veg and non veg. including fish, chicken). Rain dance, swimming pool, sports, DJ is available on demand. Prompt service. Safe for family. Nice background with mountain. Village like atmosphere. Easy to reach from Mumbai. Till Karjat by train and Rick will charge 100 Rs. till Farm from Karjat railway station West. Happy Holiday !!
Good place to chill out with family 6km from Karjat Railway Station. Auto can be hired to reach this place. Rooms are spacious. Beds and Boothrooms are near and clean. AC is available. 24x7 Restaurant is also available. It has got Pool and arrangement for Rain Dance. Package is for per person perday basis including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet includes both Veg and Non-Veg. Overall 10/10 experience.
Poor management... Bad experience - our group members started singing on karoke system and start antakshari for night time in our room and door was looked. One guy from next room came from window who was full drunken from other group and shout loudly " Band kardo Mike, aur gana hame nachne me disturb ho raha hai.. ae Mere mama ka farmhouse hai nahi to nikal jao yaha se..." When we complete to manager about this they requesting us .. " aap ache log ho Plz band kardo wo log bahot piye huye hai...."
