After finishing a 5 day long tiring Himalayan trek, I had booked a couple spa at Aatmn Spa Woodrock Hotel Manali. Mr Shailesh guided us through the whole process of selecting specially made oils for the massage and explained to us about their importance. The spa has professional and skilled therapists who gave us a soothing and relaxing full body massage. The interiors of the spa are tastefully made and very hygienic. They truly live up to their tagline "Experience the exceptional". I would definitely recommend them if you need to relax your mind and body after hectic travels in Manali!

Though the souls of Manali were still up and active We rang Aatmn Spa and spoke with Shailesh for a spa session for our friends and it was a awesome experience with a off season discount provided by Aatmn Spa We got the locations and rode to the hotel Woodrock , Circuit house road It was an excellent experience with well experienced staff members The experience we had were at par and we had an excellent spa session with choice of 4 fragrances. We opted for 60 minutes session and it was completely worth the charges

Beautiful little Dhaba, on the way down to the river in Old Manali. Uma makes the most delicious Siddu and great Masala Chai. Shes a lovely lady, so friendly and good atmosphere there. Recommended stopping by to try her famous Siddu.
