Aathira Ladies Hostel - Working Women's Hostel in Pappanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

A great place for stay. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and has good natural light. Their mess people provide delicious food with lot of variety at an affordable price (Being honest, it feels at home for both food and their care). The whole campus including the mess area is maintained cleanly. The room and toilet is cleaned daily. Has a sufficient space for parking in the ground floor too. It has a good access to the city, colleges and lot of other happening places in coimbatore. Would definitely recommend this place.

Superb hostel with more facilities Well maintained

Highly recommended for girls and women who prefers safety as their first priority. Pros: 1. Well furnished hostel in main area. 2. Though the rent is a bit high compared to other women's hostel nearby, they provide very good service. 3. They clean all the rooms on daily basis. 4. They also provide seperate cupboard with doors, cot, bed, pillow and bucket for every individual staying there. They also have a private mess where they serve hygienic food (self service) which is well organized. 5. They have a seperate parking spot for people staying in the hostel. Cons: 1. They don't have lift, which few people on the top most floor might find it difficult to climb. 2. Also they don't have washing machine but they have seperate washing and drying area in the terrace. Other key highlights: attached bathroom, 32 inch TV, plug points near each cot, windows in every room, camera in corridors, fingerprint machine for check in and check out, very close to bus stop.

Hostel was super clean and I felt very comfortable with the beds and bunkers as well as the location. It has primary access to all your needs. Overall it was a pleasant and peaceful stay. The staff and the owner were very friendly and courteous. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

Peoples working in aathira are too rude and lot of unwanted conditions which breach our privacy. They will never let us to dry our single piece of wet cloth in our room lots of stress-full conditions. Without permission they will take our belongings to office room stating that its not permitted. They will treat you like elementary school children with no respect. This is not a PG. Please choose better hostel. (Reply to owner) Speaking good in google and adding good reviews doesn't make the foul languages using by the management correct. If you are polite enough its understandable. I don't know why that lady in cabin is not even ready to hear what our concern is and how can you always disrespect your pg guest. Only complaint is the way management speaking is disrespecting and ill mannered. My request is to treat your pg guest with respect we are long way away from our home.

Classy hostel for working womens and students. Genuine staffs, hygiene standards are way too good. Affordable fee. Food here is a cherry on top. Healthy home food. Love it.

They give such supreme security for girls, and food is too good , very comfortable , staffs are fantastic, it was everything I needed and wanted from a hostel and they are maintaining it so clean. Can't find a better hostel in middle of the city than aathira ladies hostel.

I would like to share my bitter experience with Hostel management. i have sorted this hostel by looking at Google reviews and Pictures. I have called to the phone number asked the details and i m pretty comfortable with the pricing and food. I told to the lady on Phone clearly , i will finish my office hrs and will come to Hostel and join. She asked me to bring my Photograph and Aadhar photocopy. I went to the hostel along with my cousins and her family( i was staying at my cousins family after i arrived to Coimbatore , eventually they brought my luggage to Hostel) . we reached to Hostel 8PM and one old lady received us and showed a room in First Floor ,which is actually supposed to allocated to me , by the time we visited room, its already occupied. That old lady said every room looks like same. please give me your Aadhar Photocopy and passport Photo and I gave her. she is said the payable amounts to be in cash. I said we will go out and eat while coming back i will withdraw money and give you. we left our luggage at the basement and left to eat. By the time we come back time is 9:30 and that lady refused to take my registration and asked me to come back next morning. She did not say anything to us that she will not register if we are late and not even cared to call us . Simply she asked me to leave at 10 pm. Eventually My cousin tried to speak with the management she is not even cared to listen what happened. I found them most unreasonable and not care to listen your side.
