In 2018, they had a project by the name of SAI Vrindavan City which has not been completed yet and it will still take at least 10 years to be built. More than 90% payment has been made by giving false assurances.

All site are pending no improvement very bad behaviour director are lier don't book any flat in this company all are fake . Chater ..

Worst experience. Please don't invest in this project or any projects by this builder. I had booked one flat in Sai Amrita Enclave, the project completion date was March 2022. However, there is no progress/work since one year. Builders are not responding their project's investors queries and not sharing the project completion plan. This is the similar story for all the projects promoted by this builder. After taking the amount of the projects from their customers, either they don't respond to customer queries or making the rude /unprofessional behavior with customers. Even they don't bother, if customer make complain to RERA. Completely pathetic experience with this builder. Don't waste your money and time by investing in this builder's projects.

Literally the worst experience i have with this company. I have booked a flat in March 2020 in Sai Amrita Enclave of Aastik Group upon their commitment that flat will be delivered in March 22. 3 years passed away but not a bit of development i have seen in B Block in last 2 years. I have paid most of the amount of my side. And bank paid almost 60% of loan amount. And full EMI is going on along with my rent. Just one word i have for Aastik Group that they are "cheaters". If there is any worst builder in patna then that is Aastik Group

The employees of the company are professional. They know their work very good well and quick to respond. The construction quality is also very good. They have a great team. I wish them all the best for completing the ram charan in time with quality and safety.

This is a fraud company . Don't be misled by positive reviews by employees of the company .Contact flatiers of Macha swami Sai palace to know the reality. Go and see the flats there from inside. check RERA website. otherwise you can lose your money. They have stopped the work midway. The project was to be handed over in March 2021.Maitreyee and AADHVIK group are also owned by same person

The build was very well managed and complete much sooner than expected the office staff has been great. They kept me updated every step of the way with calls every week and organized multiple visits for me at different stages of the build sonthat I could see the progress. They also explained everything in great detail to me things that I would normally know nothing about but the information helped me understand everything better.so I would like to thanks to Aastik construction for their great service and making me feel that my satisfaction matterered to them and they red enough that I had good experience
