Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was quite different. I found their demeanor to be impolite and dismissive, which was disappointing and disheartening. I believe that every interaction, from the initial phone call to the moment a patient leaves the clinic, contributes significantly to the overall patient experience. As a result, I hope that my feedback will encourage a thorough evaluation of the receptionist's customer service approach to ensure that every patient is greeted with the respect, courtesy, and professionalism they deserve. Your receptionist is very rude , I asked him the dosage time - He frowned at me and said some gibberish stuff. I asked him twice and he yelled at me . I was really embarassed and was kinda feeling inferior. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO EXPLAIN THE PROPER DOSAGE OF MEDICINES TO PATIENTS DIRECTLY!!. AND PLEASE CHANGE THE RECEPTIONIST CUZ I HIGHLY DOUBT His academic credibility. The leady is descent but the both male are very rude and arogent. My intention in sharing this feedback is to see the clinic continue to excel in patient care and customer service. I have confidence in the clinic's ability to address these concerns and provide a positive experience for all patients. I m really glad to share my experience with Aastha clinic.. As a teenager we slightly ignore skin care we might think it's age factor but as a time passes then somehow we are worried about skin issues I m one of them but it's my first experience with dermologist.....it's normal that doctor give suggestions but the most important is Ravi air first listen all your minor thoughts what u wann say he lesson upto where we want to share about our skin that what we used in past what we feel everything... And I think that's what I love about his treatment they really listen, understand and really honest. He don't make fake promise in a first meeting he clearly mentioned how many approx time is required and what we need to follow strictly and he also mention that if couldn't follow so the result will be not as we want. And that's what makes us feel responsible along with him. As a patient of Ravi tapdiya what I learned is having patience and give required time is important the appointment Ravi sir schedule and many more things.
