First of all the staff are very humble and loyal for their work. The nature of the hospital si very pieceful for old-age patients.

We were fortunate enough to work under the guidance of Dr. Abhishek Shukla who mentored us with basic counseling skills involved with understanding and developing a sense of not just sympathy but empathy with our elderly. He also helped us with understanding the basic difference between geriatrics and gerontology, i.e., Geriatrics is concerned with taking good care of the elderly and their necessities, whereas gerontology is concerned with the study of aging and its effects on society. We also got an eye-opening one to one interaction/interview with elderly people living in the old age home , and got to understand their perspective closely which proved to be very effective in our learning and understanding about their individual problems. Last but not the least, we felt valued and grateful to be a part of this centre and through this internship we acquired a lot of skills to deal with elderly, their general issues and common diseases and social aspects. We found the staff to be very supportive, appreciative and cooperative; they were very humble and loyal to their work and helped us whenever we needed. The environment of the hospital is very peaceful and helpful. Aastha hospital is making a mark by serving humanity to the society in such difficult times and where we are losing faith in humanity.

Today I visited aastha old age home. It is a nice place for elders people. They take good care of them, provide them with all there needs and give them a healthy and homely atmosphere to live in. There are different activities for them. It is like another home and family for them, away from home.

Dr Abhishek and team was like godsend for our family. My mother reached in critical condition and was well taken care. All family members are extremely satisfied with his plan of treatment .The right combination of care, compassion he has with clinical experience and knowledge is incredible. When it comes to taking care of elderly, he is the person to go to. Every city should have this level of service for elderly. Thank you god for being there in every moment we experience. It is a very nice hospital and all staff Today I visited aastha old age home The environment was very welcoming and homely. The staff was really very cooperative and humble. It is a nice place . They provide the with all their needs. There was a proper query system. The premises was clean and well maintained.
