Astha hospital nurse behaviour are not good, they treat patients very bad, and facilities are also not good.. under rated hospital in Siliguri, doctor treat patient like a package.

Irresponsible peoples and doctors also they admit pecient even when perticular doctor not available in the premises. Make fake promises that doctor will visit soon. With serious brain effected pecient where time most valuable but doctor not available.

excellent medical facilities and services.maintained cleanness is very hygienic. Behaviour of nurses are good, caring well.good treatment by doctor who makes you comfortable and help first recover. operation of my mother selamtena kujur's gallbladder stones successfully done by doctor last month.thanks to all staff.

Extremely courteous, patient and friendly staff. Attentive to patient needs.Deapite pressure admission desk staff is extremely calm, friendly and respectful. Apart from being extremely efficient their personal attention to each person is laudable. Understanding, pleasant and efficient - a fantastic asset to the hospital. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.I Appreciate how the Doctors were taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Recently on 27th Feb 2023 my wife was admitted at Aastha for her first delivery. I am extremely happy with the services of the hospital. The way Dr. Subhankar Mandal handled the case was well appreciated by all of my family members. His confidence gave me ample of energy and motivation to cope with the difficult situation. Female ward nurses took utmost care of my wife before and after her delivery. Other staffs were also very helpful and kind. Specially to be mentioned Mr. Pronay Deb, Marketing Executive, well directed me through the entire hassle free process till my wife was discharged from the hospital. His support and assistance helped me a lot. I am highly grateful to all the staffs of Aastha Hospital for their great and tireless services. Thanks a lot!!! Staff behavior is very bad I had gone there for a job and when I asked the receptionist, a girl behaved very strangely with me, I did not like it.

Highly recommended. Dr. Vikrant Deshmukh Sir is amazing. Aastha is actually like a home where we got the best nursing service. Our patient who almost died in Desun got absolutely fine after treatment of Vikrant Sir and Aastha. Thank you team Aastha.
