Good hospital, almost all the department and operation theatre are available. Staff members are very helping nature. Different types of room are available for different category of patients. Here we can do that treatment with BKKS card. All the card holder with operation is completely free. Doctors fees little bit high as compare to others medical. There is no diagnostic center inside the hospital. We need to take the patient outside for any kind testing.

The behaviour of receptionist as well as the communication over phone is not appropriate by the receptionist..... I couldn't understand how they can so arrogant to communicate properly, we know we have to wait for doctors and the doctors are on call but atleast they should tell an approximate time, wait means we can't wait for a full day or one day before...ultimate we need treatment not to do trade that we will wait only....

It is not a good hospital because its management system is not good and reception staff behavior is not good they just are ignoring and daring with customer not polite. money minded hospital doctors are not understand patients deseas they are busy to attend new patients and earn more money.Not recommended to all i have worst 4k rupees in a single day

1. Drinking Water Facility: There was no drinking water facility available in the general ward where my uncle was admitted. When we enquired about it, we were told that there was an Aquaguard in the basement, but it was not working properly. We had to wait for 10 minutes just to get a half bottle of water, which is not acceptable in a hospital. 2. Rest Facility: While the beds in the general ward were comfortable, there was no facility for the attendants to rest. I stayed overnight with my uncle, but I had to sleep on a chair. This is not only inconvenient but also unhealthy for the attendant, who needs proper rest to take care of the patient. We urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues. It is essential to provide basic facilities like drinking water and rest to patients and their attendants

Very good service..fast response ...and the management nd staff has doing there working is soo nice ...they are taking care of my baby is so good.. For staff ...Good and cleanly environment, we are happy with the their services, my wife's delivery was done on 10th September, we have blessed with baby girl,over all we extremely satisfied with this hospital. Arrogant behavior of female receptionist...they won't help out patients to reach the doctor. Even doctors there, are in hurry to get other patients so that they can have max. Patients visit to them without giving proper consultancy.
