I had left lateral condyle of tibia fracture and operated for 2 times in 2 months dut to road accident and after that I can not even move my leg without any support and can't even band due to joint stiffness after that I consulted Dr chiragsir and started physiotherapy. I had anterior pelvic tilt plus anterior shoulder in short posture problem due to which I had several posture related pain and problems, was not able to perform push up nor bench press, push activity was a bit painfull since 5 years (5 years shoulder pain and 2+ years for back pain), had a tough time to find a proper sports physio who can understand the root cause, consulted many ortho plus physio money waste but Dr. Chirag and his team helped me in first two sessions only I was finding the difference and improved.
