Not worth even one star..such pathetic and ill mannered staffs..doesn't anyone complains about their ignorant behaviour??that too working in a develop city.. I unfortunately loss my bill of ultrasound after radiologists did the scan..for information to all-you will be able to get usg only after payment, but sadly because i couldn't find my bill..they denied me the reports..even after repeated requests..all in vain..i hope they are happy to have my reports!!!
Nice hospital but the doctor are coming late they don't know how to take care of patient they don't know how to behave with patient they have all equipment but they don't have manners I have seen that the staff sitting at the reception talking together and not taking care of patient
I had gone for my anomaly scan...OMG jo daigonist female thi itni gandi behave itni high level ki attitude...patient didnot go for ur such type of behaviour you work for ur salary and we pay for so please maintain your low level Attitude...aru ek bat mere knowledge ki hisab se anomaly scan mein mother apni baby ko dekhne ki ijjajat hai....par woh jo female thi disgusting....you need to learn more dear...thank you for your mis behave
Went for my wife's anomaly scan. Totally disappointed by the behave of the doctor who had done sonography. Management needs to focus how their employees behave with the patient.
It is a good facility but needs a lot of improvement. They only deal in Cash transactions, which I think has to be changed. I do understand that majority of the population in the area generally does Cash transactions, still Card transactions needs to be promoted. Cleanliness is the most important improvement area. The Staff are very good though. They will help you to the utmost level, except some who are a bid rude and are busy in their "gossip", while the people are standing in queues for billing.
Don't deserve any star actually, 1 doctor going around for various tests, made me wait for more than 5 hours just for ultrasound. Critical patients should avoid it or die waiting. And the staffs are worst I have ever came across. Absolute Pathetic place.
Do come here only if you have the whole day to spare. Otherwise dont waste your time here. Horrible efficiency. (Would have given 0 if there were that option)
Very good hospital. Lots of test done here. Use modern equipment to test. Employees are good. They treat nicely to me. And provide necessary information about the test. Doctors are also good. They behave properly with me.
