AASIFE BIRIYANI (KKF) - Indian restaurant in Nagercoil - Kanniyakumari, India

The interiors confused me, was I in an authentic outlet of Aasife or some food court? The menu looked authentic but the rates were missing from almost all the items, so we had to ask the person serving for the rates. Finally settled for their regular Chicken Biryani which was just ok, nothing great. I felt the chicken biryani at their outlets in Trivandrum were much better and tasty. The service was good and prompt. We went for lunch on a Saturday and surprisingly, it was not crowded.

I've visited this place couple of times and my review is based on those experience. 1st and foremost, "The Service" it's terribly slow, this is no accident I've been there more than 4 times now and never once I got all food I ordered in time, even starter take more time than main course here, never recommend anyone who is looking for a quick bite. Food task is good, and that's the only thing bringing me here even after all the worst experience from Service end. Ample parking space but the restaurant ambience is not soo good, the seats are all ripped apart and there were also food left overs in the table from previous customer when we seated. Overall, if you have a ton of time to wast and don't care about Service and all you need is a decent tasting food, this is the place.

I am addicted to their Biriyanis, be it the special Biriyani that comes with a fried egg on top, or the Mughal Biriyani with scrambled eggs in it, or the Egg Biriyani with an whole egg, each one of it triggers the taste pallet just like that. The salad and the spicy brinjal masala that comes along is the highlight. The chicken pieces are so soft amd flavorful. Must try when you are in Nagercoil, for the authentic taste and flavor of Asife Biriyani.

It's just an average outlet with a lack of hospitality. The quality of food is not up to my expectations because of my previous good experience in other outlets. Reaching the outlet is a big task,It's on the second floor of the building, and only stairs and ramps are available, I didn't find any lift over there. The ambience is good, but some seats are not good for sitting.

Came to my town after 4 yrs and found this amazing place... Service was friendly... Recommend to try the briyani along with some special dish mentioned on the white board... Servers have very good knowledge about the available stuffs.. And always ask for a feedback.. Thumbs up from me

Food was good. But really over priced. Not worth the money. Please don't ask suggestions from the staff there. Their tactics is to made u buy the most expensive items. Ask the price for their special items before ordering. Ambience was below average only and wash areas were not clean.

Awesome Food, as always Aasife everywhere, every time. The Nagercoil restaurant is spacious, well laid out. The real pain point is the way to the restaurant that's on the first Floor. The ramp is too steep and not senior citizen friendly. I saw a lift but doesn't seem to work. Would be great if they can work on this.

* Very high waiting period for the ordered food... * Very less number of servers are there.. so we have to wait many times for them... * Aasife is famous for biriyani... it tastes good... but other foods like noodles, parota,...etc... are not tastes good...
